1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business , we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos/videos as proof

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect address provided by customer
Minor color/size variation (due to screen differences)
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Product dissatisfaction without valid reason

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
After that, cancellation will not be possible
