1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business , we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos/videos as proof
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor color/size variation (due to screen differences)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Product dissatisfaction without valid reason
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, cancellation will not be possible
