1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business , we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos/videos as proof

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Minor color/size variation (due to screen differences)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Product dissatisfaction without valid reason

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After that, cancellation will not be possible
